By placing an order with us, browsing our website/store, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. 1. General These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from Tulsa Wear (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. 2. Orders and Payment – All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. – **Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.** We only accept prepaid orders through the payment methods listed on our website/checkout page (e.g., UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.). – Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment is successfully received and confirmed. – We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. 3. Refunds and Returns – **We do not offer refunds** on any purchased items, under any circumstances, except where required by law. – All sales are final once the order is confirmed and shipped. – Please review product details, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing your order, as no refunds will be issued for incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind. 4. Exchange / Replacement Policy – We only offer **replacement**, not refunds, for eligible items. – An item is eligible for replacement only if it is: – Damaged or defective upon delivery – Significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item/size sent) – To request a replacement, you must contact us within **[X days]** of receiving your order, along with: – Order number – Clear photos/video of the product and packaging showing the issue – Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging to be eligible for replacement. – Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit instead. – Shipping charges for replacement (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of the request. 5. Shipping – Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. – Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. – Tulsa Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners once the order has been dispatched. – Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the courier/shipping partner. 6. Product Information – We make every effort to display accurate colors, sizing, and descriptions of our products. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manual measurement differences. – Please refer to our size chart before ordering, as we do not accept size-related refund requests. — 7. Order Cancellation – Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. – To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email/phone] with your order number. 8. Damaged or Wrong Item Received – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof on our mail id (mentioned below) – Claims made after this period will not be entertained. – Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. 9. Intellectual Property – All content on our website/store, including logos, designs, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Tulsa Wear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. 10. Limitation of Liability – Tulsa Wear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. – Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. 11. Changes to Terms – We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
